What we collect
When you send the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, business name, what you need, the package you picked and your message. We also record the date, your approximate country and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, which we use only to block spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site fast and secure. Our fonts are hosted on this site, so no outside font service sees your visit. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or follow you to other sites, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by sending us a message through the contact form.
