What we collect
When you browse
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps basic technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site fast and secure. Your bag is saved only in your own browser and isn’t sent to us.
When you message us
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we see what you send us, along with your name and contact details on that service. Those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies. We use your messages only to answer you.
When you ask us to find a watch
If you use the private sourcing form, we keep your email and what you’re looking for, so we can contact you when we find it.
When you buy
We collect your name, shipping address, email and phone number to process and deliver your order. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our watches to people who have visited the site. They record things like pages viewed, items added to the bag and purchases, and use cookies to do it. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and block cookies in your browser.
Add a cookie consent banner so visitors from the EU and UK can accept or refuse advertising cookies before the pixel loads.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe and PayPal (payments), FedEx and UPS (delivery), Meta (advertising) and Cloudflare (hosting). We don’t sell your information.
How long we keep it
For example: order records for as long as tax law requires, and sourcing requests until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can stop marketing messages at any time. If you live in the EU, UK or California, you have these rights by law. Contact us to make a request.
