Returns
Our returns policy is being finalised. Until it’s published here, please ask us before you buy.
If you have any question about a watch’s condition, fit or timekeeping, message us before you buy. We’ll answer honestly and can send extra photos or a video.
Nothing below is published. These are the points his policy should cover:
- Does he accept returns, and within how many days of delivery?
- Condition the watch must come back in (unworn, original packaging, no tampering).
- Who pays return shipping, and are import duties refunded?
- What if a watch arrives not as described or stops working: repair, replace or refund?
- How refunds are paid (same method as payment) and how long they take.
- Anything that can’t be returned (for example, offers accepted below asking price).
