1. Vintage watches
Every watch we sell is pre-owned and vintage. Each listing describes the watch as honestly and completely as we can, including anything that isn’t original. Normal signs of age, such as light wear on the case or a patina on the dial, are part of a vintage watch and are shown in the photos.
Photos and videos are of the actual watch you’ll receive. Measurements are taken by hand and may differ slightly.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken securely through Stripe or PayPal at checkout. Each watch is one of one: adding it to your bag doesn’t reserve it, and it belongs to the first buyer whose payment goes through.
3. Offers
You can make an offer on any watch. An offer isn’t binding on either side until we accept it in writing. We may accept, decline or reply with a counter-offer.
How long an accepted offer stays valid before the watch goes back on sale (for example 24 or 48 hours).
4. Shipping, duties and timekeeping
Shipping times, import duties, water resistance and timekeeping are explained on our Shipping & duties page and form part of these terms.
5. Returns
Our returns policy is on the Returns page.
6. Liability
Our responsibility for any watch is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
7. Governing law
Which country or state’s law applies (usually where the business is registered).
