01How does APJ FAY sizing work?+
Most pieces use a relaxed unisex fit. Choose your usual size for the intended oversized shape, size down for a closer fit, or compare the garment measurements on the product page with something you already own.
02What makes the garments heavyweight?+
Our tees range from 240–280 GSM and our fleece from 420–460 GSM. That added fabric weight gives each piece structure, durability and a more substantial drape.
03When will my order ship?+
In-stock orders are prepared in 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as the carrier accepts your package.
04Can I change or cancel an order?+
Email support@apjfay.store immediately with your order number. We can usually help before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has been packed.
05Do you offer exchanges?+
We currently process exchanges as a return and a new order. This helps you secure the replacement size or color without waiting for the original package to reach us.
06How should I wash APJ FAY pieces?+
Wash cold with similar colors, inside out, using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and high heat. Tumble dry low or lay flat; detailed care instructions appear on each garment label.
07Where does APJ FAY operate?+
APJ FAY LLC operates from Norfolk, Virginia. Our operating location is not currently open to retail visits.
