Refund approval
Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of arrival. We will email you when the return is approved or if there is an issue with its condition.
Payment method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Original shipping charges and customer-paid return shipping are non-refundable.
Partial or declined refunds
Items returned worn, washed, damaged, missing tags or outside the return window may be declined or receive a partial refund when permitted by law.
Late refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund confirmation, first contact your payment provider. If the credit still cannot be located, email support@apjfay.store.
