- Wait for return instructions and the approved return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable service.
- Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is complete.

- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Original tags must remain attached
- Final-sale and gift-card purchases are not returnable
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived incorrect or defective.
Incorrect or damaged items
Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. If we confirm an error or defect, we will provide the appropriate replacement or return instructions.
